VA-O's Relay for Life Event @ Newport News, VA in May 2008
Relay for Life is the fight against a common enemy, cancer. VA-O continually supports this event. Yard sale for this noteable charity went quite well. Even the VA-O car wash for charity brought in over $1,000 for this noteable charity. The Relay for Life Event at Todd Stadium finished up with a total charity donation of $3,373.29. Way to go VA-O!!! VA-O thanks everyone for their support with a BIG special thanks to the Team Captain, Karrin Frankie and Brenda Williams for her assistance. Of course a special thanks goes out to all the VA-O members who helped with the car wash, yard sale, and the event at Todd Stadium to raise money to fight against cancer which always seems to take the ones away from us who we love dearly.
